- Your renovation or extension must be valued at $100,000+ (ex. GST)
- You must sign a Design & Construct Agreement between May 15 – July 31, 2025
- The fireplace must be installed as part of your renovation (not delivered separately)

1. Promotion Overview
- The Fireplace promotion (“Promotion”) is offered by Diamond Building Group (“The Builder”), in partnership with Home, Heat & BBQ (“The Sponsor”), and provides eligible customers with a special offer on a fireplace unit as part of a qualifying home renovation project. Details of the
promotional offer will be provided at the time of consultation or booking.
2. Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to local residents of Western Sydney who book a qualifying home renovation service with The Builder during the promotion period.
- This Promotion is not valid for previous purchases, existing contracts or in combination with other promotions or discounts.
- This Promotion is open to new enquires/customers who sign a contract agreement with us (“Diamond Building Group”) within the promotion period.
3. Promotion Period
- The Promotion begins on1st May 2025 and ends on 31st July 2025, unless extended or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of The Builder.
4. How to Qualify
- To Qualify for the Promotion, Customers must:
a. Schedule a consultation and sign a Design and Construct Contract with a minimum contract value of $100,000 + GST during the Promotion Period.
b. Meet all other criteria as determined by The Builder. - The promotion must be stated in the signed contract to be valid.
- The customer will be required to pay a 10% deposit upon signing the contract, and make all progress payments on time as outlined in the contract. Failure to pay on time may result in the promotion offer being terminated.
5. Promotion Details
- Eligible customers will receive a complimentary fireplace unit valued up to $3,600, including installation. The specific model and features of the fireplace included in the Promotion may vary and are subject to availablility. Installation is included, provided the site conditions meet safety and building code requirements
- The fireplace item must be installed as part of the contracted renovation. Any extra installation requirements beyond a standard fitment will be chargeable to the customer. Examples of additional installation requirements include: Electrical or Gas Connection/Upgrades, Ventilation requirements.
- Any extra upgrades to the product will incur a fee.
6. Installation & Site Requirements
- Fireplace installation is subject to a professional site inspection. If the installation is not feasible due to structural, mechanical, or regulatory
constraints, Diamond Building Group reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal or lesser value or cancel the promotional portion of the offer.
7. Limitations
- Limit one (1) promotional fireplace offer per household or renovation contract. This Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. No substitutes will be made except at the sole discretion of the Builder and Sponsor.
8. Modifications and Termination
- Diamond Building Group reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or availability of products or materials.
